Step II: Submission of  Bio-Data and Photograph :

Your signature with date must appear on the documents/biodata. The quality of the photograph must be high resolution. Ensure that your face is facing the camera.

Step III: Sharing Your Work on Our Blog :

Share ideas on our blog about your achievements, contributions or innovations. Encourage your friends and coworkers to vote for and support your nomination by leaving positive comments. The members of our jury team will evaluate these votes. Your chances of winning this prestigious award will enhance if your nomination receives the highest number of votes. This is an important step which will show the level of acceptance of your work in society.

Step VIII : Awarding the Winners

Awards come in two categories. National and International Awards.

Global awards will be given in recognition of the significance of their work on an international scale.

Selected extraordinary people who have become the nation’s stars, transformed society, and served as inspiration for others are granted national awards. This award is applicable for India only.

Any individuals, groups, or organizations who have performed exceptional, pioneering work in any area for the betterment of humanity are eligible for nomination to receive these awards
.

The registration fee for each category of the awards is Rs. 1000/-  During the nomination process, its transactional ID and receipt must be uploaded.  Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your nomination.

Note : If someone is applying for two distinct award categories. Each award will thereafter be subject to a different fee.

Students can also apply for these honors if they have accomplished exceptional achievements. A consent letter signed by the student’s parents or legal guardian, along with their full name, address, and mobile number, must be sent with the online nomination form, in addition to the other outstanding achievements biodata.

Consent letter must state that:

“I give permission to my children to enter  e-Innovation Award – 2024. We have no objection if our child is selected for this prestigious award. We have also no objection if his/her nomination detail or achievements are published or shared by MIF publically in social media/newspapers to motivate others in society”.

Each final winner must submit a two to three minute caption video. Winners will showcase their exceptional work in their respective fields in this video. If a video is not submitted, the award procedure will be deemed incomplet and the nomination will be rejected. It’s a necessary step. Additionally, the video needs to adhere to MIF’s guidelines and standards.

Since MIF is an autonomous  organization, it retains the right to present or reject the awards even after the candidate has been chosen, without providing a reason or answering to anyone. These awards are irrevocable and cannot be challenged in any way in any Indian or foreign court or forum, nor can any legal or other action be taken. This is applicable to the Hamirpur district of H.P.

      The MIF retains all rights associated with these awards.  All participants will find the MIF’s decision to be final and acceptable.

– Incomplete and without Endorsement Nominations will be rejected.

– Nominations can be sent only online. Entries received by Postl or Courier will not be accepted. 

– Entries received after last date will not be entertained.

– The selection process involves multiple steps and the decision of the Jury will be final.

– The selection process (at present) involves neither any physical presentations by contestants nor any onsite/physical verification of data.

Award nominations are accepted only in English language.

Any documents/communications with us in  language other than English will be rejected. Several nominations get rejected each year due to violation of language rule.

The MIF Global Award has upheld its integrity throughout the year and established a human worth. It has established global values. Several  individuals from all over the world submit applications for these awards each year. Gaining this honor entitles one to join a select group of accomplished and well-known winners.

Any person or group that achieved exemplary work in any field. Innovative and trend-setting work is essential as it will act as an inspiration for others.

Only the teachers with a minimum of 2 years of experience can apply for this award, if you are less than that wait for some more time.
